Aclutch which permits the transmission of power from the tractor to the implement, but not vice versa. Used on machines with high rotational inertia.

A torque limiter with radially acting spring loaded cams. Operates by interrupting the transmission of power when the torque exceeds the setting.
when the clutch operates, it is necessary to promptly disengage the P.T.O. to prevent wear.

A torque limiter with an eccentric shearing trunnion. Operates by interrupting the transmission of power when the torque exceeds the setting. To restore the transmission , it is necessary to replace the sheared bolt with a bolt equal in diameter, grade and length.

Friction type torque limiters. The relative rotation of the friction surfaces limit the transmitted torque to the fixed setting.
Can be used as an overload torque limrter and / or as a starting device for machines with high
inertia. The torque setting is adjustable by resetting the Springs Compression.

Friction dutches may become hot during use. Do not touch! Keep the area around the friction dutch dear of any material which could catch fire and avoid prolonged slipping.
